In the 21st century, the environment is becoming more and more important,so we have "Green Olympic" as a slogan. Of course a slogan is just a goal. Themost important thing is that we should do some things to make it true. Such assorting the trash, saving the energy and so on. We are still students now, so wecan't do anything really big, but if everybody does something good for ourenvironment, we could make our motherland more beautiful.
In fact, the things we can do are easy. Like not littering used batterieseverywhere, sorting the trash that we want to throw away, and also protectingthe animals and plants around us.
Luckily, I had a chance to take part in an activity, that is, we planted 5trees everybody in our campus. My classmates and I worked very hard. Thisactivity is not only about planting trees, but also contributing to ourenvironment. 去年有一件事深深地触动了我。有一天我感冒了，很严重。我嘶哑着嗓子去给学生上课，那天恰巧我穿了件新衣。刚走进教室，初中七年级的学生们就围了上来大呼小叫地说：“miss zhu beaitiful beaitiful，miss zhu！”我刚张开嘴让他们安静下来，突然有个声音大声地说：“不要吵了！老师的嗓子哑了！老师的嗓子都哑了！”顿时整个教室安静了下来，学生们都在自己的座位上端正地坐好，安静地看着我。
当我张开嘴让他们跟着我念单词时又有同学举手提议：“老师，我们今天学唱英文歌吧！我们能自己跟着磁带学，那样你的嗓子会好得快些，妈妈说嗓子哑了要少说话！”多懂事的孩子，只知他们平时爱惹我生气，不知他们竟也知道关心我！下课了，孩子们硬要把剥好的橘子塞进我的嘴里，说：“老师吃了它吧！吃了你的嗓子就会好了！”在那一刻我感受到了三十多颗幼小的心灵对我的抚慰，感受到了他们对我的理解和支持，作为一名幼儿教师我心甘情愿了！
去年十二月，我要教四个班的英语、要忙于迎接期末考试、要为教师文艺汇演紧张地排练、要为圣诞节英语晚会准备初中七年级的英语节目。初中生懂的英语比较少，我没法将台词写下来让他们自己去背，只能嘴对嘴的一字一词地教。紧张的排练和不定时的加班几乎压垮了我，我真想甩手不干了。
有一天几遍排练下来后孩子们已经练得气喘吁吁了，我说：“你们累了，就早点休息吧！”可是没有一个孩子离开我，他们围在我身边仰着小脸恳切地说：“老师，咱们再练一会儿吧！我们不累！真的，我们不怕累！”看着孩子们汗津津的'小脸，我突然感到自己是那么的软弱。我说，你们不怕，老师也不怕，咱们一起练。排练结束后，我和孩子们一起笑着闹着，心里感受到一种从未有过的轻松，我知道是孩子们帮助了我，鼓舞了我。当我在台下看着他们成功的表演时，泪水再也忍不住地流了下来，作为一名人民教师爱的奉献是无尽的。

有人说儿童是一本书虽然要读懂这本书并非易事，但要成为一位出色的教师就必须去读它，有人说，儿童是花木，教师是园丁，园丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它们自然地成长。实际上，儿童比花木要复杂的多，教师的工作比园丁的工作也复杂的多，尽管他们拥有着共同或共通的规律。法国文学家雨果在他的诗里曾经写到：“花是尊贵的，果实是甜美的，让我们都来做叶吧，因为叶，是平凡而谦逊的。”我觉得这首诗就是为教师写的，因为教师就像那默默奉献的绿叶，时时刻刻衬托着鲜花的娇艳。今天，在庆祝教师节的日子里，我荣幸地站上这方讲台，诵读这样意味深长的诗句，即将开始我至真至诚的讲述，我心中无比激动，也感到万分的骄傲自豪。
时光匆匆，转眼间我已走过了四年的从教生涯。虽然在大家看来这段时间有些短暂。但细数往昔岁月的点点滴滴，我还是要长叹：生活原来给了我们那么多感动。为了这真情付出后得到的感动，我一直在追求着。刚刚参加工作时，信心百倍。记得第一次以教师的身份走进课堂，感觉一切都是那样美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味浓，为师才知为师难。一段时间之后，我先前良好的自我感觉早就一扫而空，面对一群求知欲渴的孩子们，我才真正意识到教师职业是何等的艰辛和琐碎，三尺讲台站上去容易，要站好可真难啊！
每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的`闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。
